I agree that making sure that you have your utilities connected and forwarded when moving is of utmost importance. Failure to do so would result in undue expense and frustration for any new new home owner. In my experience with my business green real estate i also recommend to my clients to take care of this important consideration. I always try to leave as much value on the table as possible and it looks like you do the same thing thank you.

Thanks for asking. As far as I am aware, the development at Mt Emerald is between Atherton and Mareeba about 10km from Atherton. The developer of the wind farms has an update service that you can register for if you’d like information on the farms as they release it. http://windfarms.net.au/html/development_portfolio/development_portfolio.php – I hope this helps.
